Buying multi X-Scooters for either a fleet or as a group will save money. Here are a few guidelines to help facilitate a smooth process and ensure you or your group save the most money.

Dive Xtras does give a Fleet or Group discount. This fleet (group) discount is availible for 3, 6 or 10 units.  If you are not a Dive Xtras dealer or X-men  you should first approach your local dealer/x-men, if there is not a local dealer/x-men then you should approach Dive Xtras directly. If we have a local dealer/x-men we will refer you to them,  if not we will work directly with the point of contact.



Bulk buying can save you money in two areas

1. Discounts on the X-Scooter (batteries and chargers are not included)
2. Discounts on the shipping, It is much cheaper to ship a lot of scooters to ONE address, than to multiple destinations.

Step 1. Assign or have one person as the point of contact.
Step 2. Decide all the items you wish to purchase either in the fleet or as a group.
Step 3. Contact Dive-Xtras with a full purchase list. Make sure you detail out the shipping address ( A single shipping address is required )
Step 4. You will get a master invoice for all the  product listed on the purchse  list.  (Individual invoices can be created if needed when doing a group buy. )
Step 4. Pay the master invoice (or individual invoices) using Credit Card or Bank Transfer
Step 5.  Once fully paid, Dive Xtras will ship the product.

Dive Xtras can accommodate multiple payments from the group, but it is smoother if everyone pays the point of contact (group leader) and then they make a single payment of the master invoice.

International & Local Shipping

Dive Xtras ships using two carriers, UPS and USPS. Over the years these two carriers have proved to suit our business best. Some of the reasons we use them are listed below

•    Low loss and damage rates

•    Door to door service.

•    In house customs agents

However some customers like to investigate and use there own shipping methods. This is fine but Dive Xtras will not reseach this for you. You will do the required homework and supply the shipping agent with this information...

Step  1. Contact Dive-Xtras for shipment details, Size and weight.
Step 2.  Obtain quotes from shipping companies of your choice with collection from:

Step 3. Inform Dive Xtras of the details and arrange a collection date.

• If arranging your own shipping, you are fully responsible for loss/damage or repair work that may arise from shipping, you  are also responsible for making any claims against the shipping company.

• Many shipping companies with lower prices are business to business only, they may not have door to door service or customs agents. You will need to provide these additional services at your cost.
